Report a playground issue.

Broken equipment, hazards, vandalism, lighting, drainage. Tell us what you see. We log it, we forward it to the City, and we track until it is fixed.

Optional contact. Anonymous reports are welcome. With contact info we can ask follow-up questions.

Public log. Approved reports show on each playground page. You choose what is shared.

Forwarded to DPW. High and urgent reports go to the City the same day.
