Speak up for Delano-Hitch.
Alza la voz por Delano-Hitch.
We have one shot at $2.5 million for a new playground at Delano-Hitch. The City Council needs to hear, from Newburgh families directly, that this is a priority. Two minutes at the mic. Bring a friend.

Why this meeting matters
Council members vote differently when families are watching.
Newburgh has one window to land a $2.5 million state grant for a destination-class inclusive playground at Delano-Hitch Park. The application is due June 15. Between now and then, the City Council has decisions to make about the local match and about whether Delano-Hitch is treated as a real city priority.
May 11 is the first of three Council meetings before the deadline. A packed room of parents, neighbors, and grandparents tells the Council, on the record, that this is what the city wants.
What to say at the mic
- · We want a playground at Delano-Hitch.
- · Don't miss the June 15 NY PLAYS grant deadline.
- · Newburgh families deserve this investment.
- · Why this matters for your kid, your block, your neighbors.
Two minutes is plenty. You don't need a speech. You need to be there.
